Made for This, LLC. was birthed out of my own experience as I searched for my best career fit. The process took me far too long, but it does not have to for you. During my ten+ years in workforce development and career planning, it has become clear to me that we are missing the mark. This is especially true in both faith communities and schools.

“You can be anything you want to be if you work hard enough for it.” Dare I say we have accepted this credo. However, might I suggest otherwise. In his book, “The cure for the common life,” Max Lucado states that “you can’t be anything you want to be, but you can be everything God created you to be.” It does not start in knowing what you want to do, but who you were made to be. Psalms 139:16 speaks of how our days were written in His book, every one of them while being created in the womb… woven uniquely and individually. Once we find what we are made for and understand our unique selves, it is our responsibility to seek out how we will spend our days and use our talents and gifts. We were never meant to live our lives compartmentalized; work, home, church, social… no, but on the contrary, we bring all of us to all of what we do.
